Hearing - Mon Tactical Trouble?

This morning seems to be turning problematic for Landis for a few reasons.

First, it looks like Dr. Kay sent off his letter without perhaps obtaining all the review it deserved, or fogetting to mark it confidential.

Second, their attempt to offer neat slide shows is being interrupted by a bunch of procedural complaints from USADA, already causing two recesses.

Third, some of those procedural complaints see justified, in that there are references to things that may not be in evidence, and the summary slide show doesn't have citations that makes it easy enough for USADA to follow as they consider cross-examination.

Finally, Landis may be running out of time, having only 6.9 hours at the beginning of the day. The interruptions aren't helping, because they are probably being charged for all of Barnett's objections.

Well whatta ya know - the evil empire just offered Floyd's team part of their time to make sure all the evidence goes in. Hmmm...

Is that the same Evil Empire that sought to deny Lanids the evidence concerning over written files at LNDD or a different Evil Empire?

From a business-dealings perspective, the Landis team has *got* to get its act together. The letter drop by Kay was ridiculous and there was no need for it. Not only that, why is Kay now Floyd's business manager? Who the heck made that poor decision?
