Pepperdine is abuzz with activity this morning. FL has appeared and everyone involved is on site.
Some good stuff we are hearing includes Landis deferring his opening statement until AFTER USADA's main case. From a legal standpoint, you can look to a Landis "Motion to Dimiss" after the USADA case. Should that fail, he will open (Probably on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning) and present his case.
At long last, the heretetofor "silent" USADA will will finally be allowed to heard. Today is for them and the Landis cross.
