USADA's briefs take the pre-trial public defense seriously, and argue for a single metabolite standard at -3.0 delta-delta units.
Landis' brief argues for a multi-metabolite, -3.0 PLUS uncertainty, and promised more based on evidence obtained late in the game, these being filed before all the material from "reprocessing" was available.
Neither spends much time on the T/E.
As with all briefs, they seem pretty convincing when you read one, then you read the other, and it sounds right too.

Keep up the great work TBV and Judge Hue!
Terrific - these briefs take care of all the worries that the scientific part of the hearing was getting shortchanged. Witnesses are called to emphasize/dispute small sections of the briefs. The science is fully argued in the paperwork.
Now we can get back to the DRAMA!
Lookin' for saturday's ID and PW
What's an ID and PW?

Ok it's on the Landis site, but CVN doesn't list a saturday hearing.???
Ooops, there it is at the bottom of the listing. Neverrrr Mind.
But don't you love the law profession, they say they'll take a 5 minute recess and are gone for 30, they say they'll start at 8:30 and they don't another 30 or more. Lazy Fare.............
I'm ready, The Show can go.
I have beers and Jack's Daniels near me, and a box of Androgel.
