It provides the architecture to the arguments that gets jumbled in the question/answer format of the arbitration hearing. There is clear evidence that not merely one ISL violation occurred, but numerous. These lapses are the cause for the erroneous adverse analytical finding.

There are a few other folks who must be required to read this book namely, Dick Pound, Pat McQuaid, Christian Prudhomme and David Walsh.GMRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13827404930085676519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31819641.post-43055869097648789392007-06-29T18:45:00.000-07:002007-06-29T18:45:00.000-07:00mmm - I have to weigh in here - Although I am trul...mmm - I have to weigh in here - Although I am truly on the fence about Floyd's case, I was quite disappointed with the FoxNews article (not that I expect much from Fox, but...). I am also disappointed that it wasn't seen fit to cite any information from TBV, or even mention TBV's presence at the arbitration hearing. Say what you will, TBV has consistantly reported on the case for quite some time now, and it's a shame no comments were used by this source.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17660542059565325092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31819641.post-51355493168962561592007-06-29T15:25:00.000-07:002007-06-29T15:25:00.000-07:00Never let the facts get in the way of a good story...Never let the facts get in the way of a good story, eh? ;-)

- Rantdaniel m (a/k/a Rant)https://www.blogger.com/profile/16126545986721397012noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31819641.post-34097612081142940502007-06-29T15:08:00.000-07:002007-06-29T15:08:00.000-07:00Have you seen this one from SI? Same old stuff and the thing that kills me is the IM. Physiologically, it takes about 3 weeks to replace removed red blood cells so pulling after the Dauphine would set riders back, not set them up for the Tour.LuckyLabhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03989567186170953721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31819641.post-49814953748743644562007-06-29T09:46:00.000-07:002007-06-29T09:46:00.000-07:00I took the "no nculture" comment to mean Floyd had...I took the "no nculture" comment to mean Floyd had no first hand knowledge of a doping culture. If no one dopes in front of you, nor discusses doping with you, how can you say there's a "doping culture?" Sure, maybe read a headline, but if that's all you did, you also say there was a culture of WMDs in Iraq.Eightzerohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02326301095221867947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31819641.post-5756379993752310172007-06-29T09:30:00.000-07:002007-06-29T09:30:00.000-07:00Interestingly, the FOXSports writer gets the name ...Interestingly, the FOXSports writer gets the name of Floyd's book wrong, calling it Falsely Positive at least twice. Doesn't speak well to his attention to detail.

- Rantdaniel m (a/k/a Rant)https://www.blogger.com/profile/16126545986721397012noreply@blogger.com
